                            Rava kheer recipe

Rava kheer is a popular Indian dessert made with semolina (also known as sooji or rava), milk, sugar, and cardamom.

Here's a recipe to make it at home:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup semolina (rava)
4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
10-12 cashew nuts
10-12 raisins

Instructions:

Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan and roast the cashew nuts and raisins until the cashews turn golden brown.
Set them aside on a plate.
In the same pan, add the semolina and roast on low heat until it turns golden brown and fragrant.
Add the milk to the pan and stir well. Make sure there are no lumps.
Cook the mixture on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes or until the semolina is cooked and the mixture thickens.
Add sugar and cardamom powder to the pan and stir well.
Cook for another 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
Add the roasted cashew nuts and raisins to the pan and mix well.
Serve hot or cold.
Your delicious rava kheer is ready to be enjoyed!
