Here's a simple and healthy green juice recipe:

Ingredients:

2-3 cups of fresh spinach
1 cucumber
2 stalks of celery
1 green apple
1 lemon
1 inch piece of ginger (optional)


Instructions:

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
Cut the cucumber, celery, and apple into small pieces that will fit into your juicer.
Peel the lemon and ginger.
Add all the ingredients to your juicer and blend until smooth.
If the juice is too thick, add a little water to thin it out.
Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy!
This recipe makes about 2 servings. You can store any leftover juice in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
